会议背景介绍： ISHVAC会议由清华大学于1991年发起。这是在中国发起的最大的国际暖通会议，在中国对暖通空调的发展，室内环境的研究和产业方面起到了显著作用。
COBEE会议由天津大学和大连理工大学于2008年发起，旨在提供一个讨论能源和环境问题，增强建筑工程师、环境科学家、建筑师、设施管理人员和政策制定者之间的协作的平台。
2015年ISHVAC-COBEE将于中国天津举办。这是建筑工程师，环境科学家，建筑师，设施管理人员和政策制定者分享他们的经验的十分难得的机会，也为来自世界各地的参与者们提供了一个学习室内外环境与能源应用研究的优秀平台。在这个美丽的城市，你将会被迷人的风景，深厚的文化底蕴和友好的人们所吸引。
中国是暖通空调设备的主要制造商和众所周知的能源消费大国之一。中国制冷空调行业2013年累计实现工业总产值超过5600亿元，与2012年同比增长近8%。在我国社会能源总消费中，建筑能耗占近30%，其中65%是HVAC能耗，数据排名全世界第一。因此，本次会议的主题是推动暖通空调技术的进步，结合建筑能耗和环境的逐步改善。我们期待在天津与您相见！
